Darragh Hewat

Welcome to the world of Thermomotors, a completely unique invention by local maker Darragh Hewat. These beautiful motors rotate gracefully and are powered by the heat of two ordinary tealights. We are launching our brand new designs during the farOpen Studios, but to get a preview of our beautiful science in motion head to Instagram. We also make a variety of other forms by electroplating natural objects such as leaves, flowers and insects to produce wearable and framed pieces.
