Paula Brady
Born and reared in Ireland. I'm primarily a self-taught artist. I find huge joy in painting animals, seascapes and landscapes bringing life and vibrancy into my paintings, with light and colour, using primarily oils and pastels.
I have worked with many different artists. I am proud and grateful to have met some wonderful tutors along the way: Richard Wills, a local professional artist and great friend with whom I painted weekly at his home and where I developed my love for portraiture, Trevor Osborne, who has given me great guidance and help to find my style, Alex Brown whose pure love of vibrant colours has inspired me to be brave and Jantien Powell, with whom I spent many happy hours painting at her studio. I continue to find inspiration from other paintings and tutors to try to improve my work.
I am very lucky to have my own studio, which I share with my four dogs. They bring out the very best in me and I absolutely love spending time there.
The easiest way to find me is by a GPS using the post code, or a route finder like Google maps to the post code. Once the GPS says you have arrived, simply carry on down the lane you are on until you get to the very end of it and the cottage is there.
