Dawson Pottery - Amanda Timms
I create ceramics using slab building technique with simple tools, Inspired by nature and love of the environment I use leaves, ferns, flowers, fish designs in my work. There is a diverse range of ceramics from storage jars with lids, fruit bowls, soap dish and toothbrush holder sets and pitchers.
My preference is to use texture for decoration on stoneware clay, taken from block print stamps, leaves and textured rolling pins. Making a very tactile and unique finished item.
